LinkedIn analyzed data from 500 million members as well as surveys, here are some of the most relevant insights into what’s needed to get ahead in Tech in 2018.

Senior management: Soft Skills Are More Important

If you are not one of the IT graduates, don't worry, because surveys conducted by LinkedIn revealed that up to 57% of leaders, including Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg and Google’s Eric Schmidt, believe soft skills are more important than hard skills. LinkedIn surveyed over 2000 business leaders and ask them "which soft skills they’d most like to see their employees learn." and here is what they said.
