About the role

As an Assistant Digital Analytics Manager, you are part of the delivery of cutting-edge analytics services to business stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions. You contribute to the generation of insights that help marketing and engagement departments better understand the effectiveness of our channels, campaigns, and ongoing engagement initiatives. You are part of the team that informs ongoing optimisation of customers' digital experience across touch points and provides the factual basis for future consumer experiences and site development.

Key responsibilities

  • Track, mine, and analyse on and offline data specifically on digital channel optimisation and engagement / marketing campaigns
  • Provide analytics services to marketing communications stakeholders. Support BU teams increase reach, engagement, buy and advocacy through communications initiatives
  • Analyse digital channel performance across digital touch points including web, app, search, display, email. Ideate and support prioritisation of channel optimisation and development
  • Support ongoing analytics projects / reporting needs including analytics tools implementation, database integration, marketing attribution, tag management
  • Assist development of digital analytics framework and measurement benchmark across campaigns, always on initiatives and channel specific areas
  • Drive implementation and optimisation of reporting structures
  • Help establish a data driven mindset and continuously improving data driven decision processes. Create insights and facilitate the action ability of them

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Soft Skills
  • A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organisational levels both in person and remotely

Hard Skills
  • Advanced experience with paid, owned, earned analytics disciplines including web, ecommerce, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, CRM, SQL
  • Advanced experience with ecommerce analytics including usage of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Solid knowledge in visualisation techniques
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in digital analytics / digital marketing / ecommerce
  • Experience with digital marketing in a brand / agency environment
