Assistant Digital Experience Manager – Web and Mobile
Hong Kong

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing, business and design teams to continuously enhance digital experience of web and mobile's content, style and layout, user experience
  • Optimise content according to SEO best practices. Leverage SEO insights to support content key wording and testing
  • Supervise usage of content management systems as per business and engagement objectives
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in site content for ongoing content optimisation. Identify gaps on default and targeted content.
  • Partner with analytics team to analyse web and mobile data for continuous digital experience enhancement. Manage and facilitate technical enhancement with technical teams
  • Perform all arenas of web and mobile quantitative user testing to improve site usage and performance
  • Enforce digital experience across all web and mobile platforms. Produce maps and visualisations of site where required
  • Derive web and mobile experimentation and enhancement strategies across business teams to improve conversion, engagement, experience
  • Accountable for implementation, vendor management for the web & mobile content, targeting and experimentation tools
  • Support special projects - technical sprints and digital products for optimisation of digital user journeys on web and mobile

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Ecommerce, Computer Science or related subjects with minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
  • Experience with Web experimentation and personalisation
  • Hand-on experience with CMS, ecommerce analytics platforms, martech tools
  • Strong stakeholders management skills and strong business acumen
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Solid experience in copywriting/editing with emphasis in digital channels Good understanding of SEO, meta data/descriptions, keywording
  • Demonstrable knowledge of website content marketing, performance analysis, optimisation and content testing with analytics tools
