Digital Marketing Specialist
Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in the development of digital marketing strategy in a measurable plan and budget
  • Formulate and implement digital/print/media marketing and CRM strategies for various business units to drive customer acquisition, lead generation and customer engagement for Hong Kong & Macau market
  • Plan and monitor all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Track and monitor KPI performances, evaluate user behaviors and adjust digital marketing plan accordingly
  • Strong understanding of online advertising metrics (CPI, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, CPA, RoAS, ROI, LTV)
  • To supervise agencies and in-house production unit to develop and implement agreed marketing initiatives
  • Manage content marketing processes for digital channels
  • Hands on experience with high scale advertising on Facebook is highly advantageous
  • Coordinate with various internal functional teams to create the best -in-class customer experience
  • Develop good relationship with external business partners to execute digital marketing campaign across platforms
  • Work closely with both Regional teams and local team to ensure adopting Group direction for local execution


​Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with digital marketing for an online retailer or similar online business
  • Proven ability to drive marketing initiative; analyze usage and customer behavior metrics to drive improvements
  • Strong in in computer software (Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc)
  • Strong interest and practical expertise social media publishing / community management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and ability to influence and motivate others
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Competence in MS Office applications; basic knowledge in HTML is a plus
  • Experience with social media management platforms
  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SemRush
