The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for campaign delivery from ideation to execution and post-campaign evaluation. This role will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver the best offers and experience to our members.
A typical day in this Role:
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver quality marketing campaigns including templates, communications, operation flow and customer journeys
- Implement processes to ensure cross-channel (online & offline) communications (visual and copy) aligned with brand guidelines and convey consistent message to drive the agreed objective
- Ensure delivery of the brand value proposition to customers and benefits to the stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to carry out the end-to-end testing of campaigns and offers
- Well communicate and brief to the relevant stakeholders within defined timelines and ensure smooth implementation from various parties
- Improve customer experience through planning, execution and measurement

What we look for:
- Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing related discipline
- 4+ years or relevant work experience in marketing, content management and digital marketing with retail industry, preferably with inhouse and E-commerce experience
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- A responsible, well-organized, result orientated, and positive approach combined with innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Good communication and creative skills
- Experience in project management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Loyalty / CRM / Data experience is ideal but not a must
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
