Support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement & Logistics' approved activities. Analyse, propose and implement local P&L actions. Benchmark category using data analysis to support developing, planning and implementing P&L strategy focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for assigned group of categories. Ensure execution in accordance with Company, P&L and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures.Main Accountabilities:
Contributes to definition, implementation, and execution of spend management and sourcing strategies for direct materials and services.2
Supports annual targets, together with HUB P&L Manager, for cost reduction, supplier quality, supplier performance (OTD and OQD). Supports monthly monitoring of region's KPI results and encourages continuous improvement.3.Supplier Relationship Management:
Drives best practice negotiations with main suppliers. Identifies and directs with strategic suppliers and Strategic Supplier Account Managers (SSAMs) activities and processes to create additional market value for the organization.4.Spend management:
Responsible for local/regional contract management and negotiation; assesses local markets; implements targets/standards/processes.5.Sourcing:
Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets. Supports regional and global strategic sourcing initiatives as required.6.Excellence:
Applies and implements P&L standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.7.Special programs:
Designs and implements cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets.8. Change management:
Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.9. Compliance:
Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.10. Training:
Delivers and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.11. Communication:
Executes effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units.12. Process:
Standardizes processes and implements routines along with Table of Authority as per Group directives/instructionsQualification & Experiences:
- BE/BTECH in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of post qualification experiences in P&L for Substation T&D Projects or Transport (Metro / Monorail) Projects.
- He/she should be having extensive exposure to procurement of major items and Services, i.e. GIS, Disconnectors, Insulators, Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Structural steel, HT/LT cables, LT Switch Boards, logistics etc. with in-depth product knowledge & knowledge of global supply base management.
