Job Description

  • Ensure daily operation obey internal EHS requirement, continue to reduce safety risk to ensure no RI happen
  • Keep shop floor in 5S level
  • Continue to improve product quality level to accomplish quality KPI
  • Ensure on time delivery to satisfy customer request
  • Continue to improve productivity and eliminate waste to achieve MOE target
  • Cooperate and coordinate with relevant department to ensure operation run smoothly
  • Coach employee to improve their work skills in daily work
  • Other duties from direct leader

Qualifications

  • University degree is required, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
  • At least 3 years' work experience as production supervisor or production manager in multinational company
  • Good knowledge and experience on lean production and 6 sigma
  • A good team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English
  • Good computer skills
  • Individuals that are able to showcase scalability. Or rather, capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities
