Job Description

'1. Ensure business growth via developing new accounts in region
2. Collaborate with Sales Manager, forces on domestic account strategy identification, planning and execution;
3. Collaborate with CS / product deployment / sales marketing / ops to deliver the request externally / internally;
4. Lead monthly business review with factory sales / CS team to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned and executed;
5. Develop account strategies & initiatives with sales manager to achieve sales target / increase;
6. Proactively identify potential customers and prospect opportunities at China Retail Brand Owner;
7. Manage RBO office, ensure service and solutions provided meet RBO needs;
8. Manage relationship with key factories / importer;
9. Collect and analyze market and competitive landscape, drive proactive action with operation team and CS team according to customer forecast;
10. Lead internal team to resolve customer complaints;
11. Lead price negotiation with customer to realize business growth and meet company’s CM requirement;


'1. College degree or above;
2. Excellent knowledge of English , fluent in oral English
3. Excellent knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Power Point,;
4. Min. 6 years successful sales experience, experience at apparel and footwear manufacturers and Domestic trims market preferred;
5. Demonstrate successful sales experience that involved negotiating complex transactions or similar experience;
6. Skilled in developing and executing account strategies;
7. Excellent negotiation skill, communication skill, customer service skill and experience;
8. Able to travel frequently and work under pressure;
