Job Description

  • Handle order capture automation requests from Regional Customer Service
  • Understand the orders in Excel, PDF etc, the data structure layouts from technical aspects in terms of rows, columes, string manipulation function
  • Understand the process steps, debug issues and resolve issues like Schema configuration issues, mapping issues, run time issue
  • Maintain and update solutions as requirement changes
  • Identify and execute the test plans according to predefined procedures
  • Handle reports, documentations and filing as needed
  • Support bug fixing and issue investigation


  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines    
  • ​​XSL and XML background knowledge is preferred and advantageous 
  • knowledge of Excel, PDF and Macro
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • 1 year or above experience  in ​Data management/​Software Development  
  • knowledge of garment/trim industry is an advantage
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage large workloads and able to meet tight deadlines
