Job Description

-Develop and implement Training and Development plan for the company, lead employee relation /communication programs to drive organization capability development and build employee commitment.
-Drive for learning culture, develop and implement training programs to improve employee’s knowledge, skill and competency;
-Drive for employee engagement by effectively Lead Employee Relation and Communication programs;
-Co-ordinate and implement Leadership Development Review programs;
-To develop the annual training & development plan as well as Training Budget which aligned with the business strategic;
-Rational usage and maximize the effectiveness of the training budget to meet business needs.
-Coordinate the Performance Review process per year before offering suggestion on performance management to department heads while recommends them on the needs of employees’ training;
-Continuously update, identify and supervise employee assessment activities;
-To develop follow up action and tools to extend the effectiveness of training;
-Continuously update the training materials to ensure the application;
-Maintain training records and skill/ competencies of all employees;
-Manage the effectiveness of the training guideline and procedure while develops the training policy in line with the business needs;
-Build the network company-wide to collect the immediate training needs;
-Consult with the department head to be updated the latest trend of staffing from which ensure the on going training implementation in line with the challenge of personal issue in the organization;
-Keep close contact with the member companies of the training network to lead company training practice stand on the front line of the same trade;
-Manage the use of external consultants contracted to provide development services;
-Drive for employee engagement by effectively Lead Employee Relation and Communication programs;
-Lead Employee Survey Program and monitor follow-up actions.
-Be responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.


-Bachelor degree and certified trainer is preferred (DDI etc.);
-At least 3 years experience in employee training & development;
-Familiar with the Manufacturing environment;
-Strong verbal and written communication skill;
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
-Independent, energetic and self-motivated;
-Ability to effectively interface with people at all levels;
-Ability to lead, motivate and influence others in a team-based organization
-Positive mindset;
-Strong attention to accuracy and detail;
-Capable problem solver;

-Language skill. Fluent verbal and written English and mandarin are needed;
