Assistant Manager Digital Experience - Experimentation

Reports to: Digital Experience Manager - Web & Membership

The job holder is responsible to design and deliver experience optimization initiatives by leveraging data, content, technology and innovation across our digital assets that entices traffic, customer experience and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Derive the digital experience experimentation strategies and work with different stakeholders to design and implement the initiatives on our digital channels to drive conversion
  • Lead the communications and engagement with cross-departmental teams (both customer and commercial) and outports in driving new experimentation initiatives
  • Analyse campaign results and drive for continuous improvements
  • Accountable for the experimentation tool including implementation, integration and vendor management
  • Perform UAT and validate hypothetic models that have customer experience and revenue implications
  • Set up and govern experimentation guidelines and standards

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or related subjects with minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
  • Proven track record in driving and designing experimentation campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to script (JavaScript) and run test in experimentation tools
  • Appreciation of commercial objectives and strong business acumen
  • Hand-on experience with Google Analytics, eCommerce and/or online merchandising would be advantageous
