HR Assistant (Well versed in French Language)
India- Delhi
HR Assistant to be based in our Delhi office and will supports the Paris and Casablanca offices on all HR topics .

New Joiner Process

Manage in conjunction with the HRBPs and other relevant teams the full onboarding process including:

· Upon receipt of a signed contract issue the New Joiner Form.

· Register the new joiner with the relevant French authorities and administration organsisations (DPAE, medical cover, pension...)

· Hire the new employee on to Workday in line with the relevant headcount rules

· Visa application and moving process (where applicable).

· Initiate the Vero process

· Issue the welcome email on new joiners first day

Leaver Process

· On receipt of a resignation letter co-ordinate with the relevant HRBP to produce a final settlement letter and relevant communications to other functions (Finance team etc).

· Administer the exit survey.

· Complete Workday steps for leavers and other leaving processes

Recruitment Support

· Upon receipt of an Approval to Recruit Form (ATR) and Job Description raise a job requisition on Workday

· Manage the job and candidates through Taleo in conjunction with HRBP

· In conjunction with the interviewers secretary (or the interviewer themselves) arrange candidate interviews

· Liaise with reception in the relevant offices to ensure rooms are booked, video conferences are arranged candidates know where to go

· Ensure jobs in Taleo are closed accurately and in a timely manner

· In conjunction with the HRBPs help co-ordinate look-see visits to the region by potential recruits

· Produce a first draft of employment contracts for HRBP's

Client Secondments

· Initiate the Clearance process for client secondments on request from HRBPs.

· Produce first draft of client and lawyer paperwork for review by HRBPs.

· Co-ordinate where applicable the client pre employment screening process

Workday Maintenance

· Be the primary point of contact for all Workday updates with the HR Advisor

Trainee Arrivals & Departures

· Following the set welcome process for trainees seconded from London.

· Work with the HRBP and Facilities to co-ordinate and administer accommodation and arrival and departure in groups.

HR Letters / Certificates

· Own the end to end production and issue of HR certificates / "attestations" for the Paris HR team.

Medical visits management

· Organize appointment with employees for their mandatory medical check and liaise with the external medical provider.

General Administration

· Support the team from time to time with intranet updates, contract updates, letter template updates and other general administration.
