We are seeking an Associate (3 < 5 years' PQE) to join our leading L&DR practice in Perth on a 12 month fixed-term contract. To be successful, you must have a background in commercial litigation (at the Supreme/Federal Court level) and have experience working with expert witnesses. Class action experience including with large scale discovery (using Relativity/Ringtail) are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients. Ideally you would have worked in at least one geographic market outside of Australia.
Your outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, combined with a strong industry reputation, excellent transactional and management skills, will have you recognized as a lawyer that is sought out by existing clients.
You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups. You will display a considerable appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities, as well as a desire to enrich the communities in which Clifford Chance operates.
