What you'll be doing...

We're looking for talented people to join our Operations Support department and help to keep our hard-working riders happy and motivated. Rider Support drives Deliveroo's relationship with riders, building a community and keeping them at the heart of everything we do. This is the perfect opportunity to take your first steps in an exciting, fast-growing business and develop your operational abilities.

You will...
  • Constantly innovating and iterating on processes to drive efficiency within the team and provide amazing service to our riders
  • Analyze riders' lifecycle data and drive the decision making process to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Managing inbound queries from our riders and providing excellent support to our riders
  • Dealing with and coordinating responses to escalations and working to better our issue escalation processes
  • Engage with riders and restaurants to better understand their needs
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement - identifying, prioritising and managing projects to improve operational performance in line with business priorities

Skills you'll need & Eligibility...
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or a similar support role; relevant experience in a high growth start-up environment preferred
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and oral) to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Numerical skills, strong enough with stats and excel to quickly identify issues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great attention to details
  • Be inquisitive and curious to challenge the status quo in a fast-paced working environment
  • Critical thinking across different scenarios and ability to suggest tactical recommendations
