Head of Growth (HK)
Hong Kong- Sheung Wan
  • Drive overall growth strategy across all countries.
  • Understand growth analytics and tracking to support the creation of product features that drive growth and both: convert visitors into customers and increase the LTV of existing users.
  • Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, Social, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels and other.
  • Focus on implementing organic growth strategies in addition to enhancing our current, strong set of performance marketing campaigns.
  • Create, launch, test and optimize acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Constantly improve based on profitability and growth metrics.
  • Work closely with our tech team, product team and CCO.
  • Based in Hong Kong or New York office.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing/product management, with a focus on acquiring, activating and retaining customers in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in a fast - paced, tech company.
  • Strong Product mindset - Experience working closely with developers and designers in developing products and features to drive user growth and user engagement.
  • Studies in a Business / Marketing or quantitative.
  • Highly data driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with SQL, VBA, Python is a plus.
