Drive overall growth strategy across all countries.
Understand growth analytics and tracking to support the creation of product features that drive growth and both: convert visitors into customers and increase the LTV of existing users.
Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, Social, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels and other.
Focus on implementing organic growth strategies in addition to enhancing our current, strong set of performance marketing campaigns.
Create, launch, test and optimize acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels
Constantly improve based on profitability and growth metrics.
Work closely with our tech team, product team and CCO.
Based in Hong Kong or New York office.
5+ years experience in marketing/product management, with a focus on acquiring, activating and retaining customers in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in a fast - paced, tech company.
Strong Product mindset - Experience working closely with developers and designers in developing products and features to drive user growth and user engagement.
Studies in a Business / Marketing or quantitative.
Highly data driven with strong analytical skills.
Experience with SQL, VBA, Python is a plus.
