foodpanda (small ‘f') is the world's favourite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it's getting your hands on your favourite pizza, sushi or burger, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Partner Communications Executive to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Tasked with the care of a portfolio of restaurant partners, you will be expected to:
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurant partners by establishing contact to inform on foodpanda's monthly marketing updates from the targeted list given and proactively identify further new business opportunities
  • Answer questions about the product and any commercial related topics
  • Familiar with all aspects of the foodpanda's business model and the online food ordering market
  • Required to close new subscription (sign-up) and gather feedback on the product for successful past
  • month subscription or ask questions and gather objections for any unsuccessful subscription
  • Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
  • Enter and update information in the database for successful subscription
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets
  • quality standards
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet Monthly KPI elements

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Min. 1 year experience in Sales are preferable
  • Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin or Cantonese fluently will be an advantage
  • Proven sales experience is an additional point, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce
  • Comfort in performing outbound calls is a must, as all activities will be conducted via digital communication tools only
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus, though not a requirement
  • A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach
  • Able to write and communicate in English persuasively
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail

  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to changes in operational process
