However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Payroll manager to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Role Description
  • Lead a team to perform payroll functions, including but not limited to regular payroll, final payment, MPF & Tax administration, and work injuries compensation;
  • Coaching junior Staff to ensure the full compliance under local regulatory obligations and provision of seamless payroll services;
  • As a primary point of contact for staff enquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Prepare various analysis reports for management review;
  • Assist in HR Information System implementation and UAT if required;;
  • Support MPF, labour insurance, medical scheme administration, system enhancement and process streamlining
  • Drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation;
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in performing payroll functions and benefit administration in MNC, F&B and E-commerce industries
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and C&B policies is a must
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skill
  • Independent, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting and HR project administration, preferably with experience in using SAP / Workday HRIS
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
