However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

As the part of HR, You shall play a vital role which specializing in talent acquisition & employer branding to build the required management and operational team of foodpanda. It is important for us that you bring the right skills and drive, but also that you fit in our team - if you also have ambitious goals and thrive in a competitive environment.\\

Role Description

Recruitment
  • Responsible for facilitating entire recruiting function to include, but not limited to advertising, postings, direct recruiting, resume evaluation, interviews, offers, salary, negotiation, and college recruiting
  • Develop network of sources for qualified applicants through the use of the Internet and outreach. Manage relationships with third-party recruiting sources including retained and contingency search firms, researchers, and outplacement firms
  • Source candidates through different channels to deliver quality candidates to meet business unit needs

Employer Branding
  • To plan, design and customize corporate-wide organization development programs on people management topics, covering all employees to enhance their personal, team and organizational effectiveness
  • Participates in Group actions regarding relationships with schools and attractiveness (Job fair, HR congress, variety of events)

Organizational Development
  • Manage development and implementation of new HR programs and processes
  • Build corporate culture
  • Assist in improving and maintaining the internal employees' satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and other related software
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • The candidate with more experience shall be considered as Talent Acquisition Manager
