Business Development Manager

The Role:

Reporting to Head of Corporate, this opportunity will be responsible to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Corporate Head & other business unit to achieve company sales and profit targets
  • Prepare and update sales kits and prepare business proposals & reports
  • Provide corporate account servicing to company corporate accounts
  • Assist tender submission, RFQ, RFI & RFP response
  • SOP writing and KPI set for SME & Corporate client
  • Explore new marketing collaboration opportunity
  • Explore New Business Opportunity
  • To perform existing corporate client retention and increase existing corporate customer growth
  • Work on ad-hoc internal & external client projects as request


  • Degree holder or above in supply chain, logistics or business related disciplines with minimum 5 years' sales/business development experience related to e-commerce logistics solution, courier industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry;
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
  • Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivated and well organized
  • Enthusiastic in logistics, technology and e-commerce
