IT Administration Assistant (Part-time)

The Opportunity


    Job duties:
    • Responsible for day-to-day administrative support for IT Department, such as office stationary control, expenses claim, data entry, etc.
    • Coordinate travel arrangement, schedule conference calls and meetings
    • Liaise with other subsidiaries' talents on administrative and ad hoc issues
    • Handle any tasks related to HR matters, such as update organizational chart, new joiner arrangement, etc.
    • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned;

Preferred Qualifications and Abilities

    • High Diploma or above in Administration or related disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
    • Good command of both spoken and written of English and Chinese
    • Good communication skills, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
