    • Answer IT inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide 1st level diagnostic for PC and mobile device support
    • Provide IT knowledgebase maintenance
    • Compile various FAQ reports and perform simple analytics


Preferred Qualifications and Abilities
    The follow attributes will be valued...
    • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
    • 1 - 2 years customer services related experience, preferably in IT services
    • Knowledge in network and IT system is a big advantage
    • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing

    Remarks: The role will start with 1-year renewable contract
