Responsibilities
- Work with HK and Mainland teams to new products implementation
- Ensure smooth and adequate inventory replenishment
- Prepare products appearances on e-commerce platform
- Monitor customer O2O journey
- Enhance CX to provide excellent customer services by working with other teams such as CS and digital team
- Perform ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

- Diploma or above in supply chain management or related discipline are preferred
- Working experience in sales support, merchandizing or data management is definitely a plus.
- Good logical thinking and always strive for better ways of working
- Able to work under pressure and good communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook
- Good command in written English and Chinese
