Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:
You will:
- organize the business schedule and provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Financial Controllers
- ensure that the materials for key meetings are effectively organized, and independently follow through with responsible parties on paper submission
- Comply with the Club authority policy to prepare the document in the proper format and to seek proper approval
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information
- assist in compiling reports and preparing PowerPoint presentation
- assist in ad-hoc projects
- provide departmental support in sundry purchasing
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops and reading secretarial publication
ABOUT_YOU:
You should have:
- tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in secretarial / administrative duties in sizable organizations
- prior experience in supporting major operating departments or business units will be assets
- excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese and interpersonal skills
- proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- effective and proactive in handling documentation and paperwork
- self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent
