Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
We are now looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join its Planning and Analysis team to provide analytical support to business units.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:
You will:
- Provide value-added analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions
- Review monthly financial statements to ensure company's financial status is accurately reflected
- Monitor financial performances and variance drivers in order to make recommendations to management for improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and monthly forecast
- Review and project cash flow position periodically
- Liaise and coordinate with external auditors to prepare the annual audited financial statement
- Respond to tax queries and liaise with tax bureau
- Monitor the implementation of internal control policies
- Conduct contract review to ensure compliance with internal policies and to protect the best interests of the Club
- Support ad-hoc assignment
ABOUT_YOU:
You should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
- At least 3 years of solid experience in management accounting and / or financial analysis in a medium to large sized organisation and have experience in financial modeling, preferably with PRC background
- Strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal customers
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst.
