Membership Services Officer - Hotline (1-year Contract)

DEPARTMENT:

The Membership Services Department plays an essential role in providing co-ordination and administrative support, and amenities to the Club\'s 29,000 Members and their families.

JOB_DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor Members' Services Hotline to provide 7-day service to Members and perform telesales activities within appropriate timelines to drive initiatives of different programmes
• Supervise a large no. of part-time staff in Members' Services Hotline and perform reservations at Clubhouses / Racecourses
• Answer enquiries according to the Club's standard policies and procedures, handle complaints and prepare analysis report on hotline statistics for both racedays and non-racedays
• Ensure that Members' feedbacks and complaints are being followed-up and recorded by the concerned colleagues or other business units through proper investigations and effective communication
• Handle Beijing Clubhouse reservations such as room reservations, catering and events reservations and communicate with the colleagues of Beijing Clubhouse to ensure that Members' needs are being handled and followed-up
• Maintain the system settings such as floor plan mapping in the booking system
• Accept the duties which assigned by the Line Manager.

ABOUT_YOU:

• A university degree holder with a minimum 2 years experience in staff management and customer services
• Experience in Call Centre is an advantage
• Good understanding of Customer Management System
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Chinese typing is preferable
• Strong co-ordination skills with fluency in spoken Cantonese and English and in written English
• Knowledge in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
