Our Public Affairs Department provides a full range of proactive communications functions to the Club including the formulation of communications strategy, issue management, racing and non-racing media relations; racing, betting, charity and overall publicity; and organisation of corporate PR programmes and projects.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:
You will:
- act as the administrative assistant to the team, and provide all necessary support as and when required;
- assist in research, media and social media monitoring and media audit;
- assist in the implementation of public affairs and publicity programmes;
- assist in the preparation of press releases and other publicity materials;
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
ABOUT_YOU:
You should have:
- university degree in a related discipline, with a minimum of one year administrative experience preferably in corporate communications or public affairs
- good communication and coordination skills with good team spirit
- proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT:
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
