DEPARTMENT:The Strategic Procurement is responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities which help to sustain the Club\'s daily operations and major community development projects.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:You will
- Be part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) which drives discipline and efficiency across the procurement organisation as a whole and enables knowledge and capability management and provides support to the Category Buyers on strategic procurement best practices
- Ensure full consistency of the policies and standards set out in the procurement framework whilst streamlining processes to improve speed-to-buying
- Enhance and monitor the Procurement Services Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), including managing monthly reports and procurement dashboards, category spend analytics, and contract life cycle management
- Help to strengthen the capability of Procurement staff by implementing and managing a training and development calendar
- Handle all departmental administration works, including but not limited to supplier performance management, stakeholders / supplier / department satisfaction questionnaire surveys, tracking department monthly budgets and variances, tender board, P-Card and suppliers administration.
ABOUT_YOU:You should have
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines or a strong background in PMO, Compliance, or Consultancy
- At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience at a sizeable organization
- Detailed oriented, experience in developing policies and standard operating procedures preferably in the procurement realm
- Strong in data analysis and report preparation
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system, Tableau analytics would be an advantage
- Ability to drive change programme and identify user requirements
- Able to establish, influence and maintain collaborative partnerships and engage in effective negotiations with a broad range of parties
- Good communication skills, being proactive, mature and self-confident
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
