Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
We are now looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join its Planning and Analysis team to provide analytical support to business units.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:
You will:
- support the financial planning process, carry out business and financial review on a monthly basis
- provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
- work closely with the CRC site project team and CRC site commercial team to ensure proper as well as effective project cost control and prepare project cost report on a timely basis
- work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and monthly forecast
- review and prepared construction project cash flow position periodically
- develop business models for management's decision, and to facilitate financial performance monitoring
- conduct contract review to ensure compliance with internal policies and to protect the best interests of the Club
- identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
- need to have business trips to PRC frequently
ABOUT_YOU:
You should have:
- a degree in accounting, finance or property related field with a recognized qualification in accounting or property related discipline
- at least 5 years of solid experience in management accounting, financial analysis or project cost management in a medium to large sized organization and experience in financial modelling
- solid experience in construction project cost reporting and project cost control
- knowledge in construction cost analysis and cost estimating is a plus
- strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
- ability to build rapport with internal customers
- proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT:
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for renewal or conversion to career terms subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
