HR & Admin Executive

• Process payroll and ensure accuracy and timely payment of salary.
• Ensure that changes to claims and benefits payout are captured and changed accordingly in the system
• Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits
• Submission to statutory, i.e. CPF contribution, workers levies, NS Makeup, maternity/ paternity, childcare leave claim, E-filing for IR21 (for foreign resignees), annual Income Tax submission etc
• Leave administration - calculation of leave balance and entitlement and attend to all enquiries/issues related to leave
• PeopleSoft Payroll - Maintain updated record by counter checking on data key by the team members and conduct regular backup for payroll system
• Monthly reporting - prepare payroll reports to HR Manager and Finance Dept. Attend to BU request for ad hoc reports
• Involve and assist in the benefits review exercise
• Staff welfare including planning of staff activities, building conducive and healthy environment, enhancement of working relationship, etc
• Responsible for ensuring all administration activities are in place to facilitate the smooth running of the office
• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification
• Min 2 years' experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS
• Payroll/HRIS system knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office, i.e. Excel
• Responsible & meticulous
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for payroll processing and reporting
