The Associate Account Manager is part of the Client Service team in our Hong Kong office. The primary responsibility is to work with senior managers to serve as a liaison between MB and its clients, with responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to those clients.
- Client management - work with senior manager to serve as a liaison between MB and its clients, with responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to the clients
- Project management - monitors research progress and directs all stakeholders to complete assigned projects based on client requirement; anticipates and resolves issues relating to support department operations and maintains quality control
- Support senior managers in the management of the team through managing, coaching and monitoring junior staff
- 3+ years of quantitative research experience from Market Research Agency is a MUST
- Proven knowledge of market research and specialized in quantitative research
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and developing skills in business development
- Meticulous, attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A positive and proactive team player with strong communication skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Account Manager
