Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology. Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia our aspirations don't stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods are moved in any city worldwide.

Currently, we are seeking for Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, negotiating, closing, and managing corporate and non- corporate institutions (partners) to uplift the wellbeing of Lalamove partner drivers in HK.

What you'll do:
    • Create a group strategy aligned to the company's national priorities including driver
    • acquisition, and retention, and branding initiatives;
    • Identify, pitch, assess, and prioritize prospects in line with the strategy;
    • Represent the company as a contact person for any partnership opportunities;
    • Oversee all phases of the partnership from initial discussions to execution to ensure a
    • win-win collaboration;
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as but not limited to operations, marketing,
    • finance, customer happiness, legal, product, regional, to best execute the partnership;
    • Build excellent relationships within the partner's organization, including C-executives, through regular communication, performance review and improvements, and additional joint projects to deepen engagement and expand brand and possibly revenue outcomes;
    • Executes and manages all legal documents (Memorandum of Agreement, Mutual Confidentiality Agreement, etc.) with potential partners
    • Guide and approve any form of public communication involving existing partners such as
    • press release
What you'll need:
    • At least 3-5 years' experience in integrated marketing, digital/content management, client acquisition & engagement
    • Strong project management skill with excellent attention to detail
    • Experience with a proven record with media, partnerships, affiliates, digital influencers and events
    • Experience in working across channel teams and managing external agencies on a variety of brand and partnership projects
    • Result-driven
    • Candidates with Media agency experience is an advantage
    • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
