Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia and Indonesia, our aspirations don't stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods moved in any city worldwide. Currently, we are seeking for an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Operation Team, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The Field Operation Associate role is one of the most important positions in our company.

Main responsibilities:
    • Field operations supervisor: Visit the stores or places where Lalamove operates the delivery services to collect the operational feedback from clients, coach and audit the field staffs and shift-based drivers.
    • Field staff acquisition & onboarding: Constantly maintain field staffs by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining field staffs.
    • Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
    • Previous experience in field operations or driver/community management
    • Be able to travel around greater Bangkok areas

    • To build, improve, and roll out shift-based drivers model with the best and reliable service to Lalamove customers.

    • Service quality: train and coach field staffs and monitor shift-based drivers to deliver the best service quality (<X complaints per month).
