Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia and Indonesia, our aspirations don't stop there as our model has the ability to transform how goods moved in any city worldwide. In this Senior Accountant role, you will interact with the local, country and HQ teams to implement financial accounting and operational support to ensure smooth running of all lines of business. This means you will not only ensure reporting standards are implemented, you will also provide strategic guidance by identifying opportunities to add value to the business through cost optimization, margin improvement and tax strategies, also you will based in Bangkok, Thailand and work closely with the Account & Finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
    • Review payment and receive voucher
    • Reconcile GL accounts
    • Submit PP30
    • Record monthly wallet report
    • Recheck withholding tax certificate
    • Record Journal adjustment & accrued expense
    • Chasing withholding tax form client
    • Provide auditors with necessary data
    • Support AR, AP
    • Other Ad-hoc may have to be assigned

What you'll need:
    • Minimum 4 years of working experience in finance/accounting field
    • At least a degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting & Finance (ie ACCA, CPA)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Positive attitude and strong business acumen
    • Sound understanding on logistics / O2O business models
    • Able to work with deadlines & Quick response
    • Able to work under strong pressure & to negotiate with professional
    • Knowledge of local tax regulations
    • Knowledge in Xero a plus
    • Thai national fluent in English and Thai
