Accountant & Admin Officer
Vietnam- Ho Chi Minh City
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Vietnam team, based in Ho Chi Minh City.The role-holder will interact with the local team and HQ and is expected to provide local and regional administrative, accounting and operational support to ensure smooth running of all lines of business. No two days are ever the same. This role suits someone who can adapt to change, with lots of energy and meticulous attention-to-detail. Most importantly, you must be passionate about Lalamove and willing to go the extra mile to complete your challenges

What we seek
    • Interact with local team to fulfill their administrative requests
    • Plan, organize and coordinate regular office duties
    • Maintaining a set of accounting books locally and to liaise with HQ on accounting queries
    • Assist senior management with travel and hotel arrangements
    • Provide secretarial support such as travel and meeting appointments for senior management
    • Source materials and negotiate with suppliers on behalf of city teams;
    • Organize team building events;Lead and coordinate other ad-hoc projects

What you will need
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in handling full set of accounts
    • Knowledge of local tax regulations a plusGood team player and self-motivated
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge and understanding of web and mobile technologies
    • Ability to work in a multicultural team
    • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
