Onto our 4 th year and bearing the title of mid-stage startup - Lalamove is continuing its rapid expansion across the APAC region.  To meet the huge hiring demands across our regional and local business teams, an exciting new opening on the Regional People Operations team is now open.

We are looking for a go-getter who is passionate about sourcing and recruiting people who can drive business success to join as a Recruiter.  Even though this position is based in Hong Kong, the candidate will be required to efficiently and successfully recruit high-caliber candidates in a diverse range of business function across Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and more.

    • Humility: you never say no, always believe in self-improvement and development, can learn quickly from mistakes and open to feedback.  You are a team player. You're willing to help out wherever needed and get your hands dirty in startup environment. 
What you'll need:
    • Degree from a reputable university
    • At least 3 years of recruiting experience gained from either agency or in-house environment required
    • Excellent communicator, energetic and strong presentation skills in small group settings or in front of a large audience
    • Fluent in English
    • Knowledge in an Asian language a plus
