Daily tasks include supporting our largest and most important accounts, solve order requests and issues, and liaison with customer service and operations.

What we seek:
    • Generate reports for all teams as required on daily and weekly basis
    • Assist in analyzing data and generating models for review
    • Manage data storage and organization
    • Liaise between depts to improve collaboration and service quality
    • Assist in making reports and JIRA requests to pass to IT/product 
What you'll need:
    • University degree holder in business or related disciplines
    • At least 1 - 2 years in sales, marketing and business development
    • Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
    • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
