- Plan, organize and supervise the annual and quarterly earnings activities
- Lead in the preparation of Lenovo Analyst Day and other company events as related to IR team
- Initiate and coordinate investor events across different geographies including investor roundtables, sell-side/industry conferences, investor site visits and other event-type of activities; prepare monthly summaries on the events and post-event summaries for management review
- In charge of the invitation process for all events
- Work with sell-side to initiate NDR trips to all geographies and maintain good relationship with all CAs at sell-side houses and buy-side investors
- Establish and maintain investor CRM database
- Lead and coordinate the inter departments' corporation of the annual/interim report production
- Complete annual Lenovo perception study and identify activities to address investor concerns based on the study's findings
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 3 years of experience in investor relation and/or corporate access position in an investment bank
- Strong experience in event coordination
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take initiatives and identify possible resource gaps
- A strong team player and commitment to have a job done
