Responsibilities :

Handle customers repairing order, enquiries complaints
Keep track on the status of product delivery, returns replacements
Maintain good customer relationship
Prepare reports as required

Requirements :

High schoolgraduate or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, work independently and self-motivated
Proficient in English, Cantonese Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
