Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their APAC Team in Hong Kong.
Job Description:- Act as a business partner to facilitate and drive business and operational efficiency
- Perform budgeting & forecast, P&L and variance report
- Perform inventory analysis and product costing analysis including materials and manufacturing cost
- Analyze business KPI and oversee financial & operational performance to support decision making
- Oversee KPI performance; facilitate the activities for cost reduction, optimize workflows and control processes
- Stringent operating cost controls and management cash flows
- Handle sourcing activities and evaluate its performance including SKU, unit cost and stock level
- Manage supply chain flow and warehouse activities in APAC regions including distribution cost
- Manage suppliers network in APAP regions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline along with CPA qualification
- Minimum 8 years' FP&A experience in a sizeable MNC corporation, gained from FMCG / Warehouse / Sourcing industry would be advantage
- Experience in global sourcing activities and supplier management
- Experience in Costing / COGS / inventory analysis
- Good business acumen, strong analytical skills with ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent in verbal and written English & Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferable
