AfterShip’s mission is to automate eCommerce operations and help retailers provide the best customer experience after sales.
The journey
AfterShip was founded in 2012, after winning the first Startup Weekend Hong Kong, as well as the Global Startup Battle competition.
The company began by offering automated shipment tracking solutions for eCommerce retailers and has since become a one-stop-shop helping retailers win customer loyalty by bringing the best shopping experience to their customers. The company currently has expanded into three products focusing on automating the shipping, tracking and returns experience for online retailers.
