Retail Sales Manager (Back office)

Position Description: • Formulate the business plan and execute the brand strategies and marketing/promotional programs to achieve business targets;
• Regular operation process and procedures review to provide a synchronized and harmonized customer experience across the Consumer touchpoints.
• Organizer of promoters events for new or refresh product training and sales skills sharing among promoters on a monthly basis;
• Liaise with the Sell In & Sell Through Teams for each month's targeted product mix, selling strategies & tactics and marketing promotions;
• Monitoring smooth promoters operations, enforce compliance of operation policies and procedures;
• Manage and monitor BP's inventory and stock levels in the BP's outlets on a daily basis; work closely with Sell Through Team on stock replenishment and allocation on the BP's back office level, ensure sufficient stock at stores;
• Review promoters' incentive schemes periodically to ensure manpower stability and talent acquisition;
• Motivate frontline staffs to build a good team spirit and manage frontline staffs leave approval and monitor effective allocation of manpower and ad hoc issue;
• Coordinate frontline staff appraisal for probation and annual;
• Drive the Sell Out team achieve personal and overall Sell Out sales target and productivity;
• Prepare regular sales report for management review in Sell Out performance.
• Design training programs to promoters according to the operational needs Position Requirements: • Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in retail sales operation and business planning
• Strong at people management and leadership
• Strong business sense and ability to drive the business
• Excellent command in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
