Our IT Operations, Systems Assurance and Shenzhen Technology Centre drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, system/test assurance, data centre management and valued end-user services.


You will:

- Receive, manage, prioritize, escalate, close and communicate about errands from users and vendors.

- Ensuring quality in tickets, knowledge articles and self-service.  

- Providing support via phone, email, and ticketing.

- Troubleshooting and resolving IT relevant issues.

- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents, request.

- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.

- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 2-3 working days per week, 4-8 working hours per day; Working Location: Shatin Racecourse or The Hong Kong Jockey Club Headquarter


You should have:

- Strong language skills in spoken and written English and Chinese

- DSE or above

- Excellent communication skills and social skills and service-minded

- Excellent computer Skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

- Eager to learn IT knowledge

- Strong team spirit

- Problem-solving mind-set

- Responsible, able to work independently and with positive attitude

- Self-motivated

- Positive and optimistic to problem solving

- Good sense of urgency

- Administrative Skills
