DEPARTMENT:
The Web Solutions and Services Department is responsible for day to day execution, project management, design & development, analytics, editorial and operations of the HKJC.com, affiliated events sites and membership digital. As part of the Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding division, the Web Solutions and Services department, in addition to being an development unit, plays a critical role on web innovation and strategy formulation, aligning and binding multiple internal and external stakeholders into a long term Club wide consistent web and app presence.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:
- To support the Executive Manager of Department for focusing the digital solution design, business performance analytics and end-to-end, online-to-offline non wagering customer experience designed and working with respective business leaders (membership focus) on operating model changes.
- To plan, implement and project manage digital solution with improvements based on the business value chain as specified in HKJC's Enterprise Business Logics (Business Architecture).
- To drive the integration between digital solution and business and identify business opportunities for business growth and process optimisation for the relevant strategic projects or divisional initiatives.
- To facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders and support the operational readiness checking.
ABOUT_YOU:
- Degree holder with a major in Marketing, Information Technology & System or digital science disciplines
- A minimum of 12 years of solid work experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Platform development, with minimal of 5 years in the Manager level.
- Proven track record in organizing end-to-end processes of digital development from concept to implementation and strong experience in handling Website projects as a PMO Leader for user requirements, UI / UX development and system integration in large complex organizations
- Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
- Strong expertise in all areas of digital experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, user experience)
- Experience with SAS and analytics tools such as OpenText TeamSite, Magento, Sitecore is a plus
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Effective oral and written communications in both English and Chinese as well as the ability to work effectively across internal stakeholders and external organizations
- Experience of working at Senior Manager level in a large complex organisation leading on digital and information services
