This unique opportunity will suit an experienced corporate planning professional looking to further his/her career at the Corporate Planning & Analysis team in the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Office. The team is managing the annual integrated business planning (IBP) process, providing support to CEO-chaired Steering Committee management, facilitating corporate KPI target setting and reporting, and overseeing wagering business modelling and analytics. This role will manage and liaise with cross divisional and functional stakeholders and provide necessary support to the IBP process management and deliverables, which are critical to ensure the delivery of the Club's strategic imperatives.
He/she shall coordinate, develop, track and enhance the Club's corporate KPIs (bases for CEO direct-reports' goal setting) through involvement in the IBP process and disciplined periodic reporting.
-Manage and liaise with cross divisional and functional stakeholders at Executive levels (including CEO direct-reports); provide reliable support to the management of the Club's annual IBP process, timeline, communication; liaise with the CEO Office for CEO review meeting arrangements;
-Develop corporate planning / strategy review / communication materials for Board-level and division-level workshops to facilitate board level discussions on corporate initiatives and prioritization, and to ensure key stakeholders' clear understanding of the Club-wide annual planning process, timeline and deliverables.
-Proactively facilitate corporate KPI target setting, articulation and updates, consolidation, reporting, and management of the KPI database to provide a holistic view of the KPIs to senior management.
-Coordinate with all divisions in confidential divisional planning materials submissions to ensure timely and high quality IBP deliverables, which are important to establishing and tracking of the Club's medium to long term strategic goals and priorities.

You should have
-MBA or advanced degree in business or related discipline
-At least 8-10 years of relevant management experience in strategic/corporate planning (including corporate KPI management) or business development in large scale organizations/MNCs which required the handling of highly confidential and sensitive corporate information
-Experience in the gaming industry and/or financial background a plus
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
-Ability to integrate information from multiple sources and various business strategies to identify dependencies and risks
-Effective presentation skills
-Well organised and detailed minded
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of database applications (e.g. Access) a plus
