The Human Resources Department comprises a corporate service unit on Clubwide HR issues and client-based service teams, each of which provides value-added services to designated business units within the Club. Our focus is on a customer service, business-driven and cost-effective orientation to human resources management and to transform the end to end employee experience through automation, simplification and innovation.


The job holder will:
  • Perform receptionist duties for the department which include a wide range of administrative duties such as general office admin, procurement & maintenance of stationaries and supplies, and handling incoming/outgoing mails and calls, etc.
  • Engage the new hires and candidates in the onboarding or interview processes where necessary to create positive experience
  • Support other administrative processes / projects as request to deliver quality output to the concerned stakeholders


The job holder should:
  • hold an Bachelor degree in Business, HR or related discipline
  • have a minimum 2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity as described
  • be detailed-minded, proactive & service-oriented
  • be a good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
