DEPARTMENT:The New Segment team is responsible for developing comprehensive wagering journey for new generation customers. Being part of the team, incumbents will be responsible for providing impressive total customer experience to customers from electronic racecourse admission to digital wagering experience in our novel venues including thematic restaurants and digital betting hall. The ultimate aim is to develop a sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:You will
- provide quality and efficient customer services to guests
- proactively resolve customer enquiries including racing and betting information, racecourse facilities and direction guidance to all locations within racecourse
- handle venue booking, escorting services to guests
- assist in marketing program and event operation at designated locations
- reinforce the Club's policies (e.g. dress code monitoring and location access control)
ABOUT_YOU:You should have
- HKCEE/ DSE or above
- solid working experience in customer service is an advantage
- mature and independent personality
- good communication skills and fluent in Cantonese, capable to communicate in English or Mandarin
- knowledge in racing and betting is an advantage but not a must
TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT: Pay-rate HK$80 per hour
Working Schedule
Shift Hour *
* G: 3:30pm - 11:30pm (Wed)
10am - 6:30pm (Sat / Sun / Public Holiday)
* Average 4-8 working hours per day. Actual roster depends on racing calendar and schedule.
Working Location Happy Valley Racecourse and Sha Tin Racecourse
