DEPARTMENT:The Customer Digital Experience Department is responsible for leading and managing development projects of digital wagering experience and customer service digital transformation. Besides project management, its scope includes content requirement definition, user-interface and user experience design, as well as the look and feel based on customer insights and product requirements.
JOB_DESCRIPTION:You will
- assist in design and deliver the best possible digital customer experience across the Club's range of digital channels
- participate in and provide assistance in the development stage of different digital related projects
- provide administrative support for the department including consolidating and analysis customer enquiries for product development
ABOUT_YOU:You should have
- minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including English Language in HKDSE / HKCE
- native fluency in Cantonese (both listening and writing)
- good with logical, paired and analytical
- basic knowledge of the Club's products (e.g. mark six, football, racing)
- basic computer operation skills
- details orientated and self-motivated, mindset with sense of responsibilities
TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT:Pay-rate
HK$71.5 per hour
Working Schedule: 10:00am-6:00pm (18 hours per week / Monday to Friday)
