DEPARTMENT:Our Betting Control and Customer Operations Department is responsible for the management of electronic betting channels, including the web-based Online Betting Service (eWin) and the Mobile Betting Service (iPhone and Android betting apps), as well as the operations of various digital services like the Racing Touch and the HKJC TV Apps. These fast growing channels need to be closely monitored and fine-tuned to ensure customer's wagering experience can be delivered satisfactorily.
JOB_DESCRIPTION: You will - assist in system testing
- perform administrative duties, such as copying, filing collected data from system, inputting data and compiling reports
- perform operational and supportive duties, such as monitoring the performance of electronic betting channels and measuring response time
ABOUT_YOU: You should have - HKCEE/ DSE or above
- good computer knowledge for administrative work and online searching
- interest and familiarity with "smartphones", "tablets", "iPhone", "Android", "apps" is an advantage
- customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
- able to work at least 2-3 weekdays per week
- immediate available is a plus
TERMS_OF_EMPLOYMENT: Pay-rate $66 per hour
Shift Hour* Day shift: Mon - Fri: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
* Actual working hours would depend on operations need
