The Club has identified a number of Strategic Projects to ensure the continued growth of the Club into the future. The projects include addressing the asset health issues of the racing facilities in Shatin and also to improve the capacity of existing infrastructure with the aims of enhancing owners, members and customers experience as well as operations. The department, Corporate Programme Management Office (CPMO), provides an effective standard of project management to all Strategic Projects within the Club. Also CPMO contributes to a rigorous planning and creation of operating models that enhance efficiency and efficacy of our operations.


You will:

-Collate and review raw schedule data from sources and update the draft Integrated Schedule

-Identify and monitor changes to the approved programme, in particular changes to project milestones / critical path, and alert management

-Prepare draft schedule dashboard for Governance Meetings

-Assist the monitoring of progress of project works through the preparation of commodity curves / earned value analysis

-Assist the preparation of material for schedule risk analysis (workshop and quantitative analysis)

-Assist the Manager in maintaining the scheduling policies and procedures to be used by all project teams, consultants and contractors, and reviewing schedules to ensure adherence to these standards


You should have:

-University degree in a Design discipline, Engineering or equivalent

-Minimum of 4 years of relevant project experience. Candidate with less experience may be considered for a less senior position

-Construction or property development background, with specialisation in scheduling

-Experience working in large Hong Kong, international and PRC-based construction projects will be an advantage

-Experience and knowledge of schedule risk analysis will be an advantage

-Experience in use of planning software - Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

-Use of Microsoft Office

-Experience in preparing progress report to senior management; knowledge and experience in use of earned value analysis or commodity curves will be an advantage

-Good communication skill

-Languages: English (fluent), Cantonese (essential), Mandarin (preferable)


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
