The Human Resources Department comprises a corporate service unit on Clubwide HR issues and client-based service teams, each of which provides value-added services to designated business units within the Club. Our focus is on a customer service, business-driven and cost-effective orientation to human resources management.

Reporting to the SHRM (S&A), the job holder is responsible for assisting in managing all HR systems, including the HCMS system and its interfaces to other related systems in the Club. The job holder will also assist the manager for the delivering of HR modernisation projects, from requirements definition through to implementation and change management.


The job holder will:
  • Responsible for daily maintenance and administration of HR systems (PeopleSoft and in-house built systems) and implementation of our new HR technologies
  • Liaise work with project teams consisting of internal and external parties on data conversion, system migration, integration and upgrade
  • Assist in delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints, managing projects to ensure key deliverable and completion on time
  • Leading effort to define and implement to-be HR organization processes and a strategy to leverage Digital HR system and tools
  • Provide technology advice to stakeholders within HR department
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management review
  • Prepare annual system related budget


The job holder should have:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in managing PeopleSoft System for large organizations
  • Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft HCM
  • Strong capability in managing system implementation project involving a large group of business, IT and external stakeholders at various level
  • Independent, Proactive & Self-motivated;
  • Good analytical, presentation and problem solving skills;
  • Good team player and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
